What is ResNet?

ResNet is here to deliver voice, video and data communications. What that means is a working phone line, coax jack for cable television and working data port within the residence halls. ResNet has in the past assisted users with troubles connecting to the internet related to viruses and spyware. We do this as a courtesy to the residents at Bridgewater State. Users must understand that keeping their computers free of such malware is their responsibility. ResNet does not accomodate basic computer troubleshooting such as hooking up printers or servicing hardware (outside of NIC installations). If you are having issues connecting to the internet, watching your televison or using the your telephone contact us. We will also be willing to assist you with troubles regarding viruses or spyware assuming the computer self boots.
