Connecting a New Playstation 2

1. Turn on the PS2 with no disk in the drive.
2. Press the green triangle button to view the Version Information.
3. The MAC address should be listed near the bottom of the screen.
4. After Obtaining the MAC address please follow this link to input the information into the Gaming Request Form
